ChainFree Knoxville was formed in response to the hundred of chained dogs in our community. They are a grassroots organization with a heart and a passion for these dogs and their mission is to eliminate the unattended chaining or tethering or dogs in Knoxville. ChainFree Knoxville provides free fencing for eligible families with dogs who are continuously chained or kept in very small enclosures. Chainfree Knoxville will be on hand if you’d like more info or care to donate. We’ll also have some local vendors set up plus a face painting booth.
