PostModern Spirits • Sunday FUNday with Yoga and Cocktails! • Join us tomorrow for an hour of yoga from 11:30am-12:30pm with Stephanie Soldano followed by a brunch cocktail for only $10! Accessible to all levels. Masks are encouraged but all mats will be spaced more than 6 feet apart. Must bring your own mat and our first class is limited to 10 people so get here early. This dynamic class will build strength physically, mentally, and emotionally. Students will flow connecting breath through this fluid energetic movement, while strengthening the body and building endurance. This mindful flow invites you to dedicate just 60 minutes today for yourself. Stephanie received her 200 RYT certification through K10 Yoga School at Unity Yoga Studio . Embracing all that the practice of Yoga has shown her thus far on and off the mat. Currently, her passion in the physical Asana practice lies in Flow, Power Flow, and Vinyasa Flow. However, as she continues her education she plans to diversify her guidance. Overjoyed to continue her education in accordance with Yoga Alliance, she is enrolled in the Advanced 300 hr training. Honored and excited to guide safe, mindful, and embodied experiences to come.

Barley’s Knoxville • Live Music from GREGG HATFIELD EGGAR HOLLOWAY • Jack Hatfield pulled this act together after the various musician helped him on a recording project. A Knoxville native, Jack taught acoustic instruments at Broadway Sound for seventeen years and performed on WNOX radio’s Saturday Night Barn Dance before moving to Pigeon Forge in 1989 to perform at Dollywood and Dolly Parton’s Dixie Stampede. He performed locally with the renowned mandolinist Red Rector and worked with Ava Barber and Dick Dale at their Starlight Jamboree theater in Pigeon Forge. Jack wrote a column for Banjo Newsletter Magazine for thirty years and still contributes occasionally. He has published over twenty-five instruction books for Mel Bay Publications and his own Hatfield Music. He was invited to be on the faculty of the very first acoustic music camp, the Tennessee Banjo Institute in Lebanon TN in 1988. Since then, he has taught banjo workshops all over the USA and in four other countries and founded his own Smoky Mountain Banjo Academy in Pigeon Forge in 2004. • 8:00 pm
